The spacious Premium King Room offered a surprisingly cozy feel, with a nice sofa bed that adds flexibility for groups. Conveniently located near local attractions, it made exploring the area smooth.

Despite having a comfortable layout, the room turned out to be uncomfortably hot with inadequate ventilation, lacking actual air conditioning. Attempts to adjust the room's temperature had minimal effect, and the design did not allow for airflow near the bed. basic maintenance issues like dim lighting persisted, making the overall ambience feel dated rather than inviting.

The leisure facilities were enjoyable and the staff helpful in guiding us on peak times, enhancing our experience.

The location makes it easy to access nearby attractions like the shopping center and Xscape, which are just a short walk away. The presence of a mini fridge and a kettle in the room adds a practical touch wanting to unwind with a drink.

Upon entering, I was greeted by a room that felt outdated and lacked proper ventilation, with windows that barely offered a view outside. The absence of a safe in the room was another letdown. it feels like a basic necessity for securely storing valuables. the bathroom presented its own set of quirks, with limited space and a towel rail that barely seemed able to hold the weight of my towel without feeling like it might give way. The noise from the parking charge debate at the front desk was somewhat distracting, and the lack of proper curtaining in the room meant it wasn’t as private as I'd hoped. while there were some useful amenities, the room's condition and minor inconveniences made for a less than stellar experience.

Had a fab stay with a clean, spacious room and the kids loved the pool! Special shoutout to Bow and Emy for making our dinner extra special!

Use the cozy bar area to unwind after a long day, as it offers a nice atmosphere and occasional live music.

Can just recommend for a short visit

Delightful staff, delightful restaurant, with friendly and welcoming service from all the restaurant staff during both the evening and breakfast that truly enhanced our stay, and we also enjoyed the convenient location just a short walk to key attractions.

Big comfy room and lovely breakfast!

I stayed for 5 nights in a Standard Double Room and loved the space! The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the heat, and the big chair made reading so comfy. Breakfast was a highlight, super delicious every morning. Only wish the gym and pool didn't close so early at 9:30 pm.

Had a nice experience at the bar, the atmosphere was decent and relaxing, made it easy to unwind after a long day. I had dinner at the restaurant and it was surprisingly good, really enjoyed the meal-it felt like a nice reward.

It wasn't affordable by any means but still bearable.

I had a fantastic time with my friends here! We enjoyed visiting The Stables for some live jazz and checking out Aerial Extreme for a fun day of adventure. The atmosphere was lively, and it was the perfect spot to unwind after our outings. The location is great, and already I can’t wait to return!

I was disappointed with the air conditioning in our room. Even on the maximum setting, it barely worked, making it uncomfortable at times.

We had a wonderful family stay, enjoyed the clean pool, and met friendly staff like Rachel and Olena. The room was comfortable, but be aware the restaurant food doesn't match the hotel level. Try local dining for better value. Stay for the health club experience!
